Refund policy
I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase providing the item is unworn and is returned in its original condition and packaging (commissions and custom pieces excluded - see T&Cs for more information).
Returns must be posted via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service (at customers cost) to ensure the item is insured against loss or damage in transit back to me. If you live locally we may be able to meet in person for you to return the item to me if we are able to meet at a mutually acceptable location.
The Warranty Period is twelve months from purchase. During this time, I will repair or replace, at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care.
I do not offer refunds, or returns on commission or custom pieces unless faulty.
