All Summit Silver jewellery is made from ethically sourced or recycled precious metals.

I usually work in Sterling Silver at a purity of .925

Almost all of my work is hallmarked (unless it is very light). This is a legal requirement and provides assurance of the quality of my materials. You can find out more about Hallmarking by clicking the link at the end of the T&Cs page.

Items containing, or featuring gold will be clearly described and where a higher purity of silver is used, this will be stated in the item description.

When using materials gathered from the Lake District, I either take castings in place of organic material to leave nature undisturbed, or I am careful to select small samples of materials which will not impact the surrounding area.

I aim to ship items within 2-4 business days on all items which are in stock on my website. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service (Guaranteed by 1pm).

I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase providing the item is unworn and is returned in its original condition and packaging (commissions and custom pieces excluded - see T&Cs for more information).

Returns must be posted via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service (at customers cost) to ensure the item is insured against loss or damage in transit back to me. If you live locally we may be able to meet in person for you to return the item to me if we are able to meet at a mutually acceptable location.

The Warranty Period is twelve months from purchase. During this time, I will repair or replace, at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care.

You should remove your jewellery when participating in sports, sleeping or swimming. Contact with creams, perfume and make-up, solvents, bleaches, household chemicals and cleaning products can damage silver, gold, gemstones and natural rock.

Some skin types can make the silver turn black (tarnish) - this is only surface discolouration and can usually be removed with a soft, clean cloth. I provide a free polishing cloth with every purchase.
